these two collided, guess who was at fault
EDIT: Echo51 got it. For some unknown reason, the wagon decided to go in reverse about half way thru the turn

Front guy for reversing around the corner?

My guess would be both, sort of. The front guy probably stomped the gas and then came to a sudden stop. The other guy was following too close?

Taurus wagon because that gen Taurus wagon is no excuse for anything.

At first glance, I say wagon. Since you presented the question the way you did, I’ll say Minivan.

Oh, didn’t think of that!

The Chevy on the right.

trick question. neither are at fault. the taurus wagon was caught in a quantum anomoly which brought it here from the 90s and it appeared in front of the van.
science is to blame!

for some reason, the guy, who was probably old enough to see the first automobile, for some reason had a hell of a time navigating the turn. about half way thru, he put it in reverse, and into the van.

Sienna will be automatically at fault, at least by Ontario laws, unless something can be proven otherwise. However unless a pedestrian started crossing I’d blame the Taurus. They shouldn’t be stopping in the middle of the turn like that. If there was a pedestrian crossing the Taurus should not have begun turning, but the Sienna shouldn’t have followed either. If they were turning on a red, the Sienna should have waited until the Taurus was out of the way, but again the Taurus shouldn’t have stopped.
But in any case unless there’s damage I can’t see, they should have moved along to the next parking lot. It’s barely worth talking to each other, it’s not worth getting in everyone’s way over.

what if the Seinna was motionless and the Taurus reversed?

honestly, you are probably right. the van driver had to help the old guy up and out of the wagon. He looked to be about 190 yrs old

Because I’ve already seen your edit and don’t feel like giving the obviously correct answer, fault goes to Ford for that horrible excuse for a transmission. Probably slipped into reverse on it’s own, or the driver lost forward gears and tried juggling the trans a bit.
Or, you know. What you said.
